From the moment I sat in the chair, the atmosphere changed completely. The level of care and empathy I received was unlike anything I’ve experienced in a medical setting. Dr. Dhulaxy and Dina have a synergy that is calming, professional, and deeply sincere. They made me feel so safe and at ease that I literally fell asleep during the treatment—it felt less like a dental procedure and more like a peaceful dream in Narnia. It is clear that they don’t just "do" their jobs; they truly love what they do. In a world where it can be hard to find genuine people, Dr. Dhulaxy and Dina are the real deal. My children and I had an excellent experience at Perfect Smile in Woking today. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. The appointment was efficient, the office was spotless, and I never felt rushed. Most importantly, the care was gentle and thorough. I had such a fantastic experience during my check-up with Dr Shiva and Zhen. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warm hospitality from Elena and Plamena. The check-up itself was very thorough and all my questions were answered. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. The scale and polish has left my teeth sparking white! Safe to say I will definitely be back again! Thank you all!
