I met with Dr Khosro Basirat for implants on all my teeth, who charged me £14000 for both rows of teeth and a complimentary lifetime guarantee. He completed the top row, removed a few on the bottom, and told me to come back in two months, in which said implants had repeatedly been deteriorated and repaired. When I came back, Dr Basirat asked me to pay another £14000 for the bottom row of teeth, which I refused to pay, in spite of the fact that we'd come to a mutual agreement on £14000 for both. Taking an x-ray shows the teeth he worked on are completely broken, which I'm having taken care of by a more reliable medical professional. This man would not compensate me for the repeatedly broken implants, was dishonest with his pricing, and did an awful job overall. I'd advise potential customers look elsewhere. With my review having been up for a considerable amount of time now, Dr Khosro Basirat contacted several members of my family in order to get me to take my review down, which was a completely honest reflection of my experience as an unsatisfied customer of his. Reviews are there for individuals and businesses to receive feedback on their goods or services in order to better their practice and improve customer satisfaction. I kindly ask that you leave my family out of this matter. This is between you, as the service provider, and me, as the consumer. I have no intention of removing my review, and will not accept you harassing members of my family because of it.

I was very nervous of the whole situation as root canals can be very tricky with the lack of modern equipment when done through NHS but my dentist Saira Iqbal was the best I could have had as she was very open to answer any silly questions I had and made sure I was well informed before making a desicion, never felt pressured which I highly appreciate. (She did me a wonderful job) The receptionist was an absolute angel and was very happy to share her own rootcanal experience, made me feel cared and welcomed everytime I had an appointment. I am glad I found this clinic.

Dr Basirat and his team demonstrated great professionalism and care in providing the treatment I required. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the options that were available and answer any queries I had, all of which gave me great confidence that the best advice was being provided. The whole approach at this practice inspires a feeling of trust that you will be given a first class service and I would have no hesitation in recommending going there for all dental treatments.

I started my treatment at Mona Lisa Smiles in November 2025 through a referral by a friend. On my first appointment I was greeted by a friendly yet professional team. After my first appointment I knew I was in good hands however, when I received my first request for feedback I held back which is what I normally do so that I have a better view of the result. It is now four months since I have been receiving dental care and treatment from Mona Lisa Smiles including an extraction in preparation for an implant, a root canal and a full hygiene treatment. I am 67 years old and have received dental treatment from many dental professionals during this period and compared with all the previous dental professionals Mona Lisa Smiles team stand at the top of the league. They are caring, highly skilled and very professional. Most importantly the practice is very clean which shows they take pride in what they do, and all the staff make you feel valued. It is fair to say that I don’t think I will be changing my dental care to anyone else going forward. Thank you to all the team at Mona Lisa Smiles.

Mona Lisa was recommended to me by my sister. My youngest daughter needed treatment, quite invasive treatment which my own dentist couldn't help us with, in fact they were useless and caused so much stress & worry. Mona Lisa have been more than wonderful, made me feel at ease after the first phonecall, I had been so worried about my daughters infection. The admin staff, the dentist, the nurses all absolutely fantastic. My daughter has had 2 treatments with them now and I won't be looking back.
