I’ve called Enfield Smiles multiple times today about a dental emergency, and no one has answered. I’m experiencing significant tooth pain, facial swelling, and throat discomfort, which feels serious and requires urgent attention. It’s extremely frustrating not to be able to reach anyone when I need emergency dental care. I understand clinics can be busy, but timely access to urgent care is crucial in situations like this. I’m hoping the practice can improve their response times or provide guidance on the next steps for patients with emergencies.

Michelle the receptionist is amazing and she’s always so kind to me and my family. She is truly appreciated. My dentist is also super kind and friendly too. I unfortunately have forgotten her name but she’s the lady who is up the stairs to the right. The wait times for an appointment are long but it’s expected as a nhs practice, however I must say for an emergency appointment they are pretty accommodating. Thank you ladies xox
