I've had the best experience at the dentist ever. I think we all find it a bit stressful and unpleasant but I must say that specifically this one visit with Dr Virdi has been the most pleasant, informative and smooth I've ever had. The doctor took his time to do a thourough check up and explained everything he saw and what he was doing every step. It was done in a very non-judgmental and empathetic manner. He was understanding and reassuring all the way. I needed extraction of a painful tooth that made my life miserable for a month and he's made it such an easy and quick experience of it I couldn't be any more grateful. I've visited several practices and dentists in my life and this one particular visit stood out beyond them all. I recommend all doctors and practicioners to take a page out of Dr Virdi's book on bedside manner and patient care. I was very impressed. The practice overall is definitely worth choosing, the staff is friendly and helpful but this review is dedicated specifically to Dr Virdi for his wonderful approach to me as a patient.

As a new patient, I was taken on as an NHS patient, I got a check up appointment straight away. I gave a 4* rating as my follow on appointment was cancelled on the day and I had to wait over a week for the re-booking. When I did arrive for my treatment I was very nervous but was treated with care and compassion by the Dentist and the nurse. They did an excellent job and I am very grateful.

Very professional and understanding staff from reception through to the dentist practitioner & assistants. Friendly & caring people, soon put me at ease. I have no hesitation in my follow up appointments.
