Canberra Dental Practice

Really inpressed with the service. I was desperately needing to see the dentish soon as I noticed my gums were bleeding. I am new to London so I needed to sign up to a dentis asap. I thought I would need a new patient health check meaning more money, ontop of my hygeinsit appointment. Receiption booked me straight away with the hygentist and infact for the next day. I was running over 30 mins late and I thought I woud have to be seen another time but they still saw me that day inbetween the dentist clinics which I was impressed. Staff were all polite.

I will not be returning to this dental practice because of the receptionist, Olga. At my recent appointment she was dismissive, confrontational, and repeatedly spoke over me when I tried to clarify a payment I had already made. The dentist did try to resolve the situation, but the overall treatment left me with no trust in the practice.

Update: I was initially quite disappointed with the lack of communication from the reception team and for being incorrectly marked as a missed appointment, despite cancelling with more than 72 hours’ notice. However, I have since been seen by the dentist and had a great experience. I also received a follow-up appointment, for which I’m very grateful. I’d like to retract my earlier comments about the communication issues, as everything has now been resolved. The Dr. provided excellent care, and both dentists at the practice are lovely. I’ve moved past my initial disappointment and truly appreciate the attention and professionalism shown. Thank you for addressing the situation.
