I had my teeth done here for 2 years. Genuinely top tier treatment especially from Dr Shah and her team. Everything was explained to me in full and I was made aware of all my options. Everything was well communicated so I was constantly up to date on what I had to do in order to work with them to get my teeth in amazing shape. Just as I was collecting my retainers, I met another orthodontist - forgot her name but she was absolutely lovely and was making jokes with me so that I’d feel comfortable. She explained everything, what to do and what not to do. Altogether, my experience was the best and I’d highly recommend this place to get teeth done😊

I’ve had a very positive experience overall. The orthodontist is professional and knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. The nurse is friendly and helpful during appointments, which makes visits much more comfortable. The reception team are also helpful and polite when booking appointments or answering questions. Everything runs smoothly, and I’ve always felt well looked after. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The reason for my two-star rating is not the medical services, which I need to say are 5 stars. However, they need to raise awareness among the head of the department. What I am trying to say is about the receptionist team, and yes, I can say, as a whole, they are rude and cold, and it is a very bad example to give. Every time I have to come for my daughter's appointment, I never see a nice word or even a smile (and it is a dental department, which works mainly with kids ). I was so glad when she finally removed her braces, but sadly I have to come back to pick up the second set of retainers that I ordered as a spare. The receptionist was very rude and barely looked at me. When I asked if the retainers didn’t come with a case, the answer was a firm NO, looking down at the desk. I asked even if I pay for it, and she answered, quote, “is £5”, again looking down towards the desk. It is ridiculous, expensive, doesn’t come with a case, and we do not even have a nice, warm information, like: “do you like to have a box? But it is £5 extra” instead of throwing away the bag with the retainers in the clay mould and saying “you can leave here or take out”. Absolutely horrendous, and this happened straight after lunch.
