I recently had a hygiene clean with Dr. Rawan, and I couldn't be happier with the service. She was thorough, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would confidently recommend Dr. Rawan to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

I had my Invisalign treatment done here and overall I’m not fully satisfied with the results. The routine process of changing retainers was fine, but the overall experience felt more money-driven than patient-focused. I was initially given one price which was later increased, and throughout the treatment it often felt like “here are your next retainers, hope it works” rather than personalised care – even though the full treatment cost around £4000. My teeth were not aligned as promised at the end. Dr Zahra did provide two further sets of aligners, but they made no noticeable difference. I later went to another practice for an opinion, and they confirmed my teeth weren’t fully aligned and needed more adjustments. When I returned to Acton Town Dental, I was told my case was closed and that I’d need to pay again to reopen it. That was very disappointing, especially after being assured of certain results at the start. This is my honest experience. Others may have had different outcomes, but personally I wouldn’t recommend getting Invisalign here. I felt the initial promises didn’t match the final results, and once payment was made, the level of service dropped. I’d advise people to look around and compare clinics before committing.
